I think it would be a really neat idea to have all the bridesmaids wear the same shoe clips and have the groomsmen wear the exact same shoe clips for their boutonnieres.

I’ll admit it: I’ve been watching a lot of TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” lately.

Because I work at a health club, I am required to have a fit assessment so that when members ask what a fit assessment is, I can use my own experience to help them understand what is involved (basically a bunch of measurements, health related questions, dietary advice, help with using all the equipment, assessing my physical weaknesses, stamina and flexibility, and a sample work-out plan). So today, on this extremely rainy morning, I went back to my job on my day off for my very first fit assessment. I knew I wouldn’t pass with flying colors, but I am happy to announce that I did nail the sitting-on-a-pretend-chair-while-you-lean-your-back-agaisnt-the-wall exercise. After learning that I am 18% body fat, a skirt like this is not going to be worn by me anytime in the near future, but my goal is that by the beginning of June I will be able to wear a skirt like this. Aside from a club (which I generally don’t go to), I don’t know where I would wear this type of skirt, but if I reach my goal of 14% body fat, shooooooot, I’ll wear this to my next trip to Walgreens.
