Pairing a brightly colored hip scarf with the quintessential preppy look of khakis and a white button down makes for an unexpectedly fun springtime look.

OK, I Lied, One More Day of Turquoise

I swear, this will be the last turquoise item I feature for at least one full month. Nothing can spruce up a boring shirt, top, dress, etc., quite like a flirty belt. Cinch this ribbon belt wherever the smallest part of your waist is located, and voila! instant coke bottle figure.
Tie Dye Revival
I’m not quite sure how tie dye came to be associated with hippies, but it’s about time tie dye moved on. Here is a great example from angel and belle, called the Ixia Skirt:

Last, But Certainly Not Least
So here we are, the final day of my weeklong tribute to turquoise, and I have decided to end on a peaceful note. See you tomorrow!

Sixth Day of Turquoise
I have a feeling people have a tendency to see turquoise only as fun, playful jewelry and don’t see it as a precious stone. This pendant, in my opinion, can make a believer out of any doubters.

Fascinating Turquoise
With Easter only a few weeks away, I’m already getting ideas for what I want to wear for Sunday services. To me, the quintessential Easter outfit generally involves a hat and gloves. However, my hair is just way too poofy for any normal sized hat to fit squarely on my head. So where does that leave me Easter Sunday morning? I have found a solution in this fascinator hat – it is so lightweight that even I wouldn’t have to worry about getting hat hair.
